LuNIS Terms of Service

LuNIS is an AI note-taking assistant provided through a Telegram bot. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

LuNIS turns your messages and voice notes into cleaned, tagged, searchable notes and todos, and answers questions over them with AI. Free accounts have a daily limit on AI-processed messages; the Pro subscription raises that limit and adds daily briefings. AI output can be wrong — verify anything important before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• You must be at least 16 years old (Telegram's own minimum age).
• Don't use LuNIS to store or distribute unlawful content, to harass others, or to attempt to access other users' data.
• Don't abuse the service — automated bulk traffic, attempts to circumvent quotas, or probing the infrastructure may result in your account being blocked.

Subscriptions and refunds

• Telegram Stars — billed and renewed by Telegram. Cancel any time in Telegram's Stars settings; your Pro access runs until the period you paid for ends. Stars refunds follow Telegram's rules.
• Card (Stripe) — manage or cancel via /billing in the bot. Cancelling stops future charges; access runs until the paid period ends.
• Deleting your account cancels a Stripe subscription automatically. A Stars subscription must be cancelled by you in Telegram — the bot cannot cancel it for you.

Your content

Your notes are yours. You can export them at any time with /export and permanently delete everything with /deleteaccount.

No warranty

LuNIS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, missed reminders, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Keep exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service itself; the effective date above reflects the current version. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using LuNIS at any time — and take your data with you.
