Do I need to install an app?

No. Lunis is a Telegram bot — if you have Telegram, you already have Lunis. Open the chat, answer two setup questions, and start talking.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Your message text is processed only to clean up notes, answer your questions, and write your briefs.

Do voice notes work?

Yes — they are the point. Voice notes are transcribed on our own server; the audio file is deleted immediately after transcription and never stored. No third-party speech API ever hears your audio.

What languages does Lunis support?

English and Chinese for now. Notes are kept in the language you wrote them, and replies, briefs, and the chat menus come in either language — pick yours in /settings. More languages are on the way.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted — ever. A lapsed subscription just switches you back to the free tier: every note stays, and the briefs pause until you upgrade again.

Can I get my notes out?

Yes. Type /export and Lunis sends all your notes as a JSON file — free on every plan. Send that file back any time to restore them.

Is my data private?

Your Telegram user ID is the only identifier we use — no name, e-mail, or phone number. Notes live in our own database; deleted items sit in your trash for 30 days, and /deleteaccount removes everything at once. Full details in the privacy policy.
